Who processes the data

The controller of personal data is [Legal name] SRL, IDNO [tax code], with its registered office at [registered address], Republic of Moldova, referred to below as “Fin Solutions”.

We process data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you give us yourself:

in a quote request: full name, phone, email address, business type and the text of your message;
when you call us or write to us by email or on social networks: your contact details and the content of the conversation;
after a contract is signed: the data and documents needed to keep the accounting records, under the conditions set out in the contract.

The form on the website stores nothing on our servers: it opens your email app, and the message reaches us only after you send it.

Why we use it

to reply to your request and prepare a quote;
to conclude and perform the service contract;
to meet our legal obligations, for example those under accounting and tax legislation;
to defend our rights in the event of a dispute.

We do not use your data for advertising without your consent, and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, the performance of the contract, the legal obligations we are subject to and, where applicable, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

requests that did not lead to a contract: no more than 12 months from the last conversation;
client data and accounting documents: for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the retention periods set by accounting and archiving legislation.

Who we share it with

We share data only when it is necessary:

with public authorities when the law requires it, for example the State Tax Service or the National Social Insurance House, as part of the reporting we file on behalf of clients;
with the providers of our email, hosting and accounting software, who are bound by contract to keep it confidential.

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page opens.

Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data: access limited to the people working on your file, passwords and backups, and confidentiality obligations for employees.

Your rights

You have the right to:

find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
ask for inaccurate data to be corrected;
ask for data to be erased or for processing to be restricted, in the cases provided by law;
object to processing and withdraw your consent;
receive the data in a format that can be passed to another controller.

We respond to requests without undue delay, within the time limits set by law.
